You can't. Your only option is to restore the phone.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

Once disabled, there is no possibility of saving or backing up data. The only way to reset the screen lock passcode is to erase the device with a restore in iTunes. This is a deliberate design feature of iOS to ensure that no one, no one at all, can gain access to a device’s data without the passcode. Apple cannot help you either as they don’t know your screen lock passcode and they have no hidden mechanism to reset it on anyone’s device (other than to restore it in iTunes, wiping the data in the process).
