startup disk almost full

The message startup disk is almost full appears at my Mac Air while at the beginning 2-3GB is available. How to solve this?

Your startup disk is what makes your device function and the OS needs space to operate properly and efficiently. Best to follow dwb's advise rather quickly before your device becomes disabled because the disk is full.
