I want a refund
I was charge for a app that I did not use nor did I agree to pay for or make a subscription for I did download the app but I Not subscribe to it I would like a refund

Purchases are obviously considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
