playing movies from USB to ipad

I just to know if its possible to play pictures and movies from my USB file to ipad 6th gen.

Hello,

At this time iPad cannot access USB external storage. Apple has announced as apart of this Fall’s iPadOS 13 update that iPad will be able to access USB external storage.
