Add payment to Family Sharing

I am part of family sharing and I would like to add my own card onto my account. I am not the organizer and the option to add a card does not even appear when I go to "Purchases & Shipping". Age should not be an issue because I am 19. How can I add my card without leaving family sharing or stop my family from "Shared Purchases"?

You can't add your card as long as you are in Family Sharing. Buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.

There is no way to do that as far as I know. Only the organizer's card can be used. You can try asking iTunes Support to see if they know of a way to add it/will add it. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
