WiFi icon is showing inactive

My wifi icon is showing inactive in Iphone 6 suddenly. I am not able to turn it on

my wifi icon is blurred out and i can not press on it. I have reset network setting, backedup my iphone and rest it however i still cant press on the icon to connect to wifi My wifi icon isnt working. i have reset wifi setting, backed up my phone and reset everything and it still isnt working. is it a hardware issue?

Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
