I can't get my MacBook Pro to download the latest software update for Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. Any tips?
I don't know if this a problem with my internet or something else. No other internet problems in the last 3 days of trying.

Where are you trying to install from: the App store, System/Software Update preference pane?
What system do you currently have?
If it's some version of Mojave, i.e. 10.14.X, try downloading and applying the macOS Mojave 10.14.6 Combo Update.
Then download and apply the macOS Mojave 10.14.6 Supplemental Update.
