AudioBook CDs - iTunes 12.9.6.3

All the instructions on how to load AudioBooks into iTunes seems to be at earlier versions

I tried using - File > Add file to library and selecting all the tracks on the CD. I can't play in iTunes with having the CD still loaded. It does the onto the iPOD but each track is an album in Music and not as as AudioBook. How do I do this at the version of iTunes above?
