Apple Card does not show up to apply for
Where can you apply for the Apple Card if it does not show up in the wallet?

Make sure you're in the actual Wallet app. I've heard some people are just double clicking the side button to bring up Apple Pay and they don't have the Plus sign at the top. If you are in the Wallet App and you have the Plus but still can't apply you'll need to contact Apple Support.
