I've been getting charged per iTunes song/albums even tho I am a member of iTunes and i don't know what to do
If you mean you've subscribed to Apple Music (there isn't any 'membership' to iTunes) you will be charged for purchases from the iTunes Store - Apple Music and the iTunes Store are two separate things.
