Hello. iTunes has charged my credit card for 97 kroner on Aug 02, 19. I haven't bought anything from iTunes. please explain to me what was purchased and what Apple ID/email address does this purchase apply to.

We are fellow users, we don't have access to your iTunes accounts, we can't tell you what you've bought - and obviously you shouldn't post your email address on a public forum.
If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card and not found it (and checked iCloud storage upgrades) : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
