I have two movie credits in iTunes. How do I redeem them in iTunes to buy a movie?

How do I use 2 apple credits for movie purchases? A few months back I had download issues and was given 2 credits toward future movies. When I tried to purchase a title it asked for credit card info and never gave me the option of using the credits despite they being listed in the top right corner of my itunes app. What gives? iTunes should automatically use them when you buy a film (assuming they are purchase credits, not rentals). If it doesn't, contact iTunes Support
