keyboard and trackpad not working

I've got a problem with the keyboard and the trackpad of my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).

both of then aren't responding.

the trackpad is "alive" because i can feel the feedback of the click but no movement.

the keyboard has the light on but no responding, only the start button.

I've tried to reboot many times.

Any suggestios?

Keyboard and Trackpad not working After new installation both keyboard and trackpad work for a little while. I do notice sometimes the trackpad does not click/push down. MacBook Pro In-built keyboard not working In built keyboard unresponsive but trackpad works perfectly. External keyboard also works normally. Keyboard lights up normally. Very strange, I tried the SMC thing but nothing happened, pressed shift, options, control and power on for 10 seconds, I think the Mac didn't register my clicks. I've seen the Trackpad Cable fail with these symptoms. You need to take the laptop to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined and repaired.
