Apple Support by e-mail or chat    Work through the screens to get a chat option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

Are you still using the same Apple ID as before? After changing the password did you sign out of iCloud and back in with the new password? Have you tried using the new password to sign out?
