That is a fake phishing message and a browser hijack. You picked up the message from some site you went to that has been infected. Close Safari in your recently used apps then go to Settings > Safari and erase your history. After that restart your iPhone.
My iPhone is not jailbroken but I think their is something wrong with it I got this
iPhones do not get viruses ... unless they are jailbroken.
I have one more problem I have also received a lot of calls that I don’t know

You and just about everyone else in the world who has a phone number.
So has the rest of the world. They are called robocalls.
