I want to remove my visa card anyways from this device even if i had a subscription on it PLEASE HELP ME it’s urgent i wanna remove it anyways coz it withdraw money and i even didn’t know

You can't remove it from the account (payment methods are linked to an account, not a particular device) if you have an active subscription, you have to stop them all : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support (and downgrade iCloud storage if you had upgraded it)
