Apple Music

I forgot to end my subscription for apple music and it charged me but I cant report the problem to apple because it doesn’t allow me to. The billing doesn’t give me that option

You can cancel a subscription through the subscriptions overview for your Apple ID on any of your devices. Canceling applies to upcoming billing cycles, not the past. Forgetting to cancel is not a problem with content for which the content provider is responsible. If you wan to dispute this, then Apple has a page for billing and accounting questions.
