iPhoneXS Not Charging more than 80%

I bought new iPhone XS last week and sometimes it is not getting charged more than 80%, only two times i have charged it more than 80% or upto 100%. so confused by many articles about this, plz clearly explain me whats happening? is this a battery issue or nothing serious to think about? Help me out plz thanks
