Apple Music charged me
I'm and Apple Music subscriber but was charged for a couple of downloads. Why did this happen? How do I prevent it from happening again? How do I dispute the charges? Thank you

You are not charged to download. Did you buy a song from the iTunes Store app?
Use the music app for Apple Music, then all songs are free to download.
and check your purchase history to see what the charges are for
