Pop up on new iPad pro

Just have Mt new iPad Pro and three days into it I am now getting a very annoying pop up saying I just won some contest from Apple. The only way out of it is to shut down Safari. What can I do to get rid of this.

Force Close Safari by swiping the home bar on the bottom of the screen halfway up the iPad Screen. This brings up the App Switcher. Slide Safari all the way up to close it.

Then go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
