I was trying to fix something about my payment information and I accidentally took $25 of my debit card and put it towards my Apple ID Balance and I need to know how to reverse it and it put it back in my debit card.
You can't do that yourself. You need to contact iTunes Support and see if they can do that for you. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
