Right AirPod disconnects

Hello ive had my airpods since 2 years im facing a trouble from a week that is while listening to music even though my right airpod has charge it gets disconnected in 30mins and after keeping it back into the charging case for like 20-30 seconds it works

why is this happening what to do...?

Airpod disconnecting Hi, last year i purchased a new pair of AirPods pro. The last months my right AirPod hasn’t been working that well. It often doesn’t connect and it charges way slower than my left AirPod. I was wondering if i could get it checked. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Hmm, it seems like that you have charging or battery issues. See this:

Charge your AirPods with charging case and learn about battery life

If no help, have them checked:
