I was given an Apple Watch by my daughter when she got a new one. I can’t pair due to it being paired with another Apple ID. We have tried hers and mine and even my nieces. We can’t find the correct Apple ID to sign in and apparently have to have it. Is there any way to bypass and start over?

Without the passcode the watch is useless. The Apple ID would have been her email address. It's her 4-digit Watch passcode that you need.
