can i backup two iphone with different id?
Hello, is there a way to backup two different devices with different Apple ID and different contents on the same PC with iTunes preserving the different contents?

Note however that device backups don't include media, see About backups for iOS devices - Apple Support for details. You could also run into problems if you wanted to access past purchases for restoring to a device at some point in the future for reasons that are discussed in Authorization vs. association - Apple Community. Apple really intend for one computer to be used to manage one user's devices.
