I see that you're trying to change the payment you use with your Apple ID. The problem is, the information you enter isn't saved, and I'm glad to help.
If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID -- This article provides the information and steps that you need to use a different payment method with your Apple ID.

I’ve tried to change my account information, but it still does’nt work. I have entered the account number, the expiration date and the CVV number, but without any change.
