word processor app for my MacBook Pro
I need a good word processing app for my new MacBook Pro. I don't have the Touch Bar or touch sign in. Please suggest a good program for me and tell me how I can get it. Thanks

You already have TextEdit and Pages. If you don't have Pages you can download it free from the AppStore.
Other than those Apple apps there is MS Word for Mac and LibreOffice.
