I lost mY IPAD mini in Austria and i try to find it with my apple ID but i cant find it could help me to find it with the serial number ??!!!

Sorry, but you cannot track an iPad by Serial Number. The only way to find it is if you had enabled Find my IPad, it is powered on and connected to a network.
