I don’t remember the passcode of an iPad that I didn’t get setup
If you don't have a computer, you need to borrow a friend's or go to an Apple store.

You will need to erase the iPad to be able to use it and the only way to do that is with a computer. Either use a computer from a friend or schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for assistance.
I see Lyssa provided the correct link you need to use if you can use someone's computer.
This is a new iPad I originally was giving to my husband,My Daughter was going to set it up but her dad said not to
So he doesn’t want the iPad and told me to keep it,that was over a month ago so now I’m trying to get access we cannot remember the 6 digit code and I don’t have a computer.
