help please, I can no longer FaceTime a specific person. We both can FaceTime other people just not each other. We have tried numerous things to fix it and have no luck. We have FaceTimed before and it just randomly stopped working and we get stuck on connecting each time. I have a 7+ and the other phone is a 10.

I’ve went through that link before and it was no help. I’ve tried resetting my network setting, reactivating FaceTime, deleting and adding the number again, hard restarting my phone, and many other things and still nothing.
Are the two of you using different Apple IDs? That is a requirement.
Yes we both have different Apple ID’s
The issue may be with the other party. The linked article discusses other possible issues, such as firewalls.
