iTunes problem

Hi there. I bought an album in iTunes and for the first time in my life unfortunately some of the tracks can not be downloaded. It says that “recently you can’t download this tracks in your country.” So why guys you are selling this album ? Oh dears if i would live in US i would sue you for sure
