Cracks beneath the screen

Hello, I bought an Iphone 7 about 1.5-2 years ago, brand new. Earlier today, a crack appeared beneath the screen (I had not dropped it at all recently, but it does have one small crack in the corner from months ago). There were no other issues with the device. This has affected the display, making it appear pixelated and difficult to use. I was wondering if anyone who has had a similar issue knew if this could be repaired as I would rather not replace it . Thanks :)

Cracked screens can't be repaired, they can be replaced.
