IMac startup issue

My IMac will not complete startup. The logo and progress bar appear, but it makes only partial progress then freezes

Hi,

Resetting NVRAM as well as SMC could solve the issue.

If they don't work, you'd better contact Apple support to tell them the circumstance you face with.
