Pairing iPhone 6splus with my Apple Watch

Can’t pair the two after update to phone yesterday. Watch also won’t turn off screen keeps going back and forth to restart and language . Help watch is series 2

Make sure you update your iPhone first....then your watch. Also read this prior to attempting to pair again...https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205025 If you still need help, call Apple Support.
