One AirPod Continuously Disconnects.

Why does one of my AirPods always disconnects weather it’s the left or right one always disconnects and then reconnect weather it’s music or on call or simply watching Netflix it one will disconnect mid use and reconnect mid use, Why?? Please help!!

And IPhone 6

Sadly didn’t work I’ve been disconnecting and reconnect my AirPods even with the “hold 15 seconds and then repair with device” since the problem first started it just doesn’t help.
