spam text links

so I opened a spam text on my iPhone 8+, it said "I shouldn't have waited so long to send this but here it is" and there was a link, I went to report it through Verizon and it said to copy the message when I held down the message is opened the link, before It loaded all the way I closed it and shut my phone off... I also completely reset my phone and wiped it clean, it is currently restoring from icloud… is there anything I should worry about or do?
