Mail

Any help with outgoing mail server. Can not send using iCloud account. Tried with different internet providers; phone and iPad work fine. Different accounts (non-cloud) work fine. Tried calling Apple Support. After being put on hold, twice and disconnected-twice (after an hour and a half) I'm very disappointed in Apple Support's lack of help.
