every time i use the watch it says i can't use it on this apple ID

what to do in this case ?

I just gave the watch to a friend for awhile ; when he gave it back it is like this ? i ask him to remove it from his apple ID and he did . what is the problem

He most likely still has it on his account. Have him remove the watch in your presence and try to pair it again.

You firstly should not have gave you friend the Watch. How they got their ID on there is the same way as you removed yours to let them put it on.
