Missing iTunes album artwork on iPhone

I have artwork for all of my albums in iTunes on my Windows 10 desktop, but it's missing on several songs on my iPhone 6. This is despite my having iTunes Match and using iCloud Music Library. Don't detect any pattern; on one album, for example, two songs have artwork and the third doesn't. Have tried nearly every possible fix I've found online and nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
