How can i reset my iPhone when i forgot my password to my apple id and i can't reset the password for that either because i changed my trusted phone number?

Why can't you use your new trusted phone number : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support ?

If you need iTunes Support's help to reset the password : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
