Disabled Ipod touch

Ipod is disabled says to connect to itunes. What else can I do to fix this?

If it's asking for a passcode which you don't know then there is no other way than to erase it. Please see:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
