How to retrieve my recently deleted photos

It depends.

Do you use iCloud photos? If you do and you removed them from the "Recently Deleted" folder within last 30 days, contact Apple Support and you can try to restore them.

If you do not use iCloud for your photos, you can only recover them if you have a recent backup of your iPhone that contains these photos. If you haven't completed a backup, then they are gone forever.

Are they still in the recently deleted album? You can recover them from there if they are.

If not, you'll have to restore the phone from a backup made when they were still present.
