Refund
Hi, so yesterday, I received a package from Carly, an adapter for BMW. Later I opened Carly and mistakenly purchased the full version on iOS when I ordered an android adapter. Which isn’t at all compatible with the adapter at all couldn’t connect. So when I hit report problem, I had to select the app from my purchases and request refund.. I stated my issue and was automatically declined many times. I have the invoice and ticket, email for purchase of full version of Carly app. So as I understood I paid 55€ for free with no refund. The developer told me to contact apple. So I did and this is what I get.
