New update for iPhone 7 Plus lead to various issues

My iPhone 7 Plus got updated recently with 12.3..1

after the update most of the time, when ever call comes I am unable to attend it. Sometimes the phone rings but could not see the page/screen of incoming call.

certain time the call might have disconnected but phone will be continuously ringing.

even the reset option of power+home button doesn’t work.

please help me from this issue
