Apple ID Disabled

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my storage on icloud but I am being told my apple ID is disabled. can you help me?

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If it states that it is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
