after installing iOS update 12.3.2 - iphone 8plus keeps rebooting itself. is there anyone experiencing this?

i confirmed with 2 other people having the same issue.

force reboot your phone.

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
