2016 MBP repaired keyboard = need keyboard cover?

Hello, we have a 2016 MBP that had the infamous keyboard issue (e.g. sticking keys) due to the new butterfly design. Fortunately, we recently got a free repair from Apple.

When the issue first started occurring we bought a super thin silicone cover for the keyboard to help keep dust/crumbs out. Now that the keyboard is repaired, should I keep using a keyboard cover? Thanks!
