Synching Music on iPad with iTunes on Windows laptop
I have Apple Music on my iPad, and Android phone and iTunes on my laptop.
The libraries (playlists, songs, artists) are different. Is there someway to synch them?

See About iCloud Music Library icons and status - Apple Support. Make sure that all of the content in your library is matched or updated, and that iCloud Music Library is enabled in each device.
