Cant update apps

I have a lot of apps that needs to be updated but when i click update it will load for a sec and it would say update again . I cant also update the new version of IOS . Can anyone help me how to fix this ???

If you can’t download or update apps, or if apps get stuck - Apple Support

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

For issues updating iOS on iPhone see

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
