I brought a iPhone 6 from someone who forgot they're I cloud an they have find my iPhone on the I tried to get it to work but I have no idea how to get it to work any suggestions?

Your friend can get help with the forgotten Apple ID for iCloud: If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

There isn't anything you can do without the friend's assistance. There is no know way to bypass activation lock.
