How to create my signature at the end of email?

Settings > Mail > Signature > [All Accounts / Per Account]

All Accounts: You will have same signature for all your email accounts that you have added in your iPhone

Per Account: You can create signature for every email account separately

First of all click on setting then click on mail and finally on signature and you are done.
